90xo Terms & Conditions

90xo ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh, including casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting such as cricket and others. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("user", "player") and 90xo.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply to your use of the platform. These documents should be read together and collectively form the complete terms of our service.

These Terms have been written in English for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of 90xo shall be considered final.

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, 90xo reserves the right to close the additional accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

90xo strictly follows a 21+ age policy. At any stage of registration, we may request the following documents for identity verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If the required documents are not provided, 90xo reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account or delay the withdrawal process. Providing false identity information will result in permanent closure of the account and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

90xo currently supports transactions through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The deposited amount will be credited directly to your 90xo account. Please include the correct reference number when making a deposit. 90xo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawals cannot be initiated if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

90xo may request additional verification for suspicious transactions. In such cases, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a 25x wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit and bonus combined).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once per user.
• Winnings earned through a bonus may not be available as cash until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• 90xo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 90xo may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — transferring or selling bonuses is prohibited.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

90xo is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. The games offered on our platform are powered by certified technology providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the game log and server records will be considered the final evidence. Please contact our support team within 72 hours to resolve a dispute.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from a technical error or system malfunction will be considered void. In such cases, 90xo will attempt to refund the original deposit to affected users.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Colluding secretly with other users (Collusion).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.
• Attempting to bypass identity verification by providing false information.

8.1 Suspension by 90xo

90xo may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account being inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

90xo is not responsible for the following:

• Disruption to gameplay or transactions due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Data loss due to external cyberattacks or force majeure.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.

90xo's maximum liability in any case is limited to the original amount of the disputed transaction. 90xo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
